In particular, a question or two to the customer services staff who deal with people with genuine issues and have real cause for complaint?
Are you really proud of yourselves?
Do you sleep at night?
Do you think you really deserve the trust of your friends and relatives, when you are clearly quite happy to lie?
Are you really christian or is this just a veneer?
Is it worth selling your sole for a greedy corporate?

A message to anybody that has a friend that works for Iberdrola Customer Services.
Did you know that it is very possible that your friend assisted a corporate to stonewall an elderly lady’s complaint causing her to leave her home because her power was disconnected.
This elderly lady’s life has been shattered, all she did was naively trust Iberdrola and then further placed herself at the mercy of morally bankrupt Iberdrola Customer Service staff.
Perhaps its a good time to look at your personal values, look at what you are becoming and consider where this goes.
