Is this Criminal?

TRUSTING IBERDROLA IS CERTAINLY FOOLISH!

We blindly place our trust in large corporations, their systems, and their staff. We blindly trust these companies to provide us with a service and uphold the spirit of good faith, particularly when something goes wrong.

Provisional legal advice points us in the direction that this matter must be settled equitably BEFORE legal engagement.

Why

Having wronglfully taken upwards of €3,800 from an elderly lady, Iberdrola at the very least should have properly investigated her claim, they have instead, chosen to ignore her, completely!

Iberdrola certainly now know two pivitol facts; there is a valid reason for a full investigation, they have irrefutable evidence; they know that without the due investigation, they are choosing to retain this lady’s money having taken it from her, having abused the trust she placed in them.

Is this matter now tainted with criminality, is Iberdrola legally justified in doing nothing to retain the benefit gained through their error?

When you provide a person or a company with undeniable evidence of an issue that involves financial or material loss and your evidence is ignored, the facts are ignored, where nothing is done to properly investigate the matter, a single and very clear intention emerges, that is to cling to the money taken! At this point the matter moves unquestionably from the realm of a clerical or accounting error to something much different.

Iberdrola has chosen, a wilful act, to retain monies that are justifiably disputed on an action that places the matter within the jurisdiction of criminal law.

If you have sufficient evidence to raise a matter of concern and nothing happens to address your concern, the matter takes on two new forms.

Both forms are criminal.

Theft or attempted theft.

You have notified the perpetrator of an issue whereby you are undeniably being overcharged, they ignore your notification and continue to overcharge you without proper investigation. At this point the matter is now fully their responsibility, having ignored your notification and request to investigate means they are now attempting to steal from you, becoming theft if you pay.

We will be asking for a full audit of ALL ASPECTS of smart meter operations, the evidence of customer abuse lies within Iberdrola’s records.

We highly recommend that you or somebody that has a good basic understanding of basic mathematics use an energy calculation tool to check your true consumption, to measure this against your Iberdrola bill.

If you discover that there are inconsistencies, the next step to take is to obtain the assistance of a qualified electrician, to install a very simple device that will measure your ACTUAL energy consumption.

Further investigation is now being undertaken to see how extensive this problem is, to discover how many people are victims of this behaviour.

Please comment below if you are at all concerned, if you are realising that something in your Iberdrola energy billing is not quite right.
