Cut Off – Update

DO YOU TRUST YOUR IBERDROLA ENERGY BILL?

HERE IS THE EVIDENCE AS TO WHY YOU SHOULDN’T

On the 03rd of October 2021, the lady was forced to terminate her rental agreement and vacate the property as she simply could not continue with the constant threat of her electricity supply being cut off.

On the day she left the property, the Iberdrola website data showed that her current energy consumption was €20.08. When leaving the property, the power was switched off at the meter and the consumer unit. There was absolutely no possibility of further electricity consumption.

From the 03rd of October 2021, with the power switched off, her energy consumption according to the Iberdrola website data, continued to increase!

On the 27th of October 2021, Iberdrola disconnected the electricity supply to the property. On this day the Iberdrola website data showed the consumption as being €13.93 having been reset on the 14th October 2021 when it had reached €28.46. This equates to €8.38 plus €13.93, a total of €22.31 of energy apparently being consumed with the power supply completely turned off!

It gets worse!! From the 27th of October to the 14th of November 2021, according to the Iberdrola website data, a further €30.49 of electricity was magically consumed by a property that had been completely disconnected from the mains power supply for 18 days!!!

In total, with the power completely switched off, according to Iberdrola’s website data, the property had consumed €52.80 of energy…. between the 03rd of October and the 14th November 2021!!!

This image shows apparent energy consumption from 04th October to 14th November – The power was off!! and had been fully disconnected by Iberdrola for at least 18 days of this period!

DO YOU TRUST YOUR IBERDROLA ENERGY BILL?

We have unquestionable evidence that supports our statement, coupled with multiple witnesses who can and will confirm all of the above.

To make matters worse, Iberdrola has even invoiced €32.03 for a part of this period, 04th of October to the 27th of October 2021

Do not overlook this very important fact, the Iberdrola website data continued to present continued energy consumption for 21 days after THEY had disconnected the supply!

Our points are:

  1. The Iberdrola website data is clearly 100% innacurate in favour of Iberdrola.
  2. Iberdrola’s billing doesn’t even remotelty reflect the energy consumption data presented on thier website
  3. Iberdrola will very likely massively overcharge you
  4. Iberdrola will very likely completely ignore, or take seriously any complaint you make.
  5. Iberdrola have proven very clearly that they simply do not care
  6. Iberdrola have completely ignored the pleas of the customer, who has been very clear when alerting them to the issues, the impending hardship and the consequential costs.

Iberdrola has now engaged a collections company, Gemini Collections to pursue the wrongfully billed and claimed outstanding sums since the lady stopped paying her bill(s).

HAVE A PROFESSIONAL LOOK AT YOUR ACTUAL ENERGY CONSUMPTION TO SEE HOW MUCH THEY MIGHT BE OVERCHARGING YOU!!!

Iberdrola has been given a final opportunity to rectify their errors.

In response to the claim that Iberdrola has now issued, the lady has kindly offered to settle before any court action, to mitigate the costs and remove any further hardship caused by Iberdrola’s actions.

She has agreed to settle for the sum owed from having been overcharged for her energy circa €3,800 and part of the actual costs incurred by having to move home, in fact, return to the UK.

Iberdrola at this time, for a period of 60 days, can settle for a sum of no less than €10,000 (ending on the 26th February 2022). After this, the lady concerned will escalate her claim and will be seeking to add a claim for considerable damages, currently omitted costs and legal fees.

Her wish at the outset was simply for Iberdrola to look into her complaint and make amends for the very clear billing/overcharging errors she had been subjected to. If however, Iberdrola wishes to continue to ignore the facts of this matter, she wishes everybody to know that Iberdrola cannot be trusted and will use every means possible to make sure that anybody who is currently an Iberdrola customer, has been an Iberdrola customer, and is considering becoming an Iberdrola customer is made aware of the losses they may have already incurred and the risks they are facing if they choose Iberdrola
